By accessing and using SMM24H.com, you automatically agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our platform.
SMM24H provides digital marketing services for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X (Twitter), Spotify and other platforms.
1. General Use
By using SMM24H you confirm that:
• You understand how SMM services work
• You accept that social media platforms may change their systems at any time
• You use the services at your own responsibility
SMM24H is not affiliated with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X (Twitter), Spotify or any other social media platform.
2. Account & Content Requirements
Before placing an order you must make sure that:
• Your account is public
• The post or video is public
• Comments are enabled
• The link you submit is correct
Orders placed on:
• Private accounts
• Restricted videos
• Disabled comments
• Age-restricted content
• Country-restricted content
may fail or not be delivered and will not be eligible for refunds.
3. Delivery Time
Delivery times shown on the platform are estimated only.
Examples:
• “Instant” does not guarantee immediate delivery
• “24–72 hour start time” may start earlier or later
Delivery speed depends on:
• System load
• Market demand
• Platform limitations
• Service availability
SMM24H does not guarantee exact delivery times.
4. Drops
Social media engagement may drop over time.
This includes:
• Followers
• Likes
• Views
• Subscribers
• Comments
• Retweets
Drops can occur because of:
• Platform updates
• Algorithm changes
• Removal of inactive accounts
• Bot detection cleanups
Drops are normal in the SMM industry.
5. Refill Policy
Some services include a refill guarantee.
The refill period is always written in the service description (for example: 30 days, 60 days, 120 days, or 365 days).
Refill means that if the delivered amount drops during the refill period, we may restore the missing amount.
However, refill is only valid if the account count stays above the start count of the order.
Example:
Start count: 10,000 followers
Order amount: 5,000 followers
Final count: 15,000 followers
Refill applies only between:
10,000 – 15,000 followers
If the follower count drops below the start count (10,000), refill will not be valid anymore, because the drop likely came from older followers or previous orders on the account.
6. Multiple Orders Rule
Users must not place multiple orders for the same link at the same time for the same service type.
Example:
Two follower orders on the same account.
This can cause:
• Delivery conflicts
• Partial delivery
• Stuck orders
SMM24H is not responsible for problems caused by multiple active orders.
7. Livestream Services
Livestream services across the SMM market are not always fully stable.
If a livestream service does not work you must send:
• Screenshot of the livestream
• Order number
Requests must be submitted within 72 hours after the livestream ended.
Valid refund cases will be processed within 24–72 hours after verification.
Requests sent after 72 hours cannot be processed.
8. Order Problems
If you experience problems with an order you must:
• Open a support ticket, or
• Contact WhatsApp support
Always include:
• Order number
• Description of the issue
Support responses are normally provided within 24 hours.
9. Automatic Subscription Services
Some services may offer automatic subscription delivery.
This means every time you post new content, the system may automatically deliver the likes, views, or comments you ordered.
10. Account Safety
SMM24H services simulate engagement.
In more than 14 years of experience, we have not had cases where accounts were banned due to purchased engagement.
However, social media platforms control their own systems and policies.
SMM24H cannot guarantee that platforms will never take action.
By using our services you accept this risk.
11. Payments
Users can add funds using supported payment methods such as:
• Cryptocurrency
• Card payments
• Other available gateways
All payments are converted into panel balance.
12. Refund Policy
All payments made on SMM24H are converted into platform balance.
Funds added to the platform cannot be refunded back to:
• Bank accounts
• Credit cards
• PayPal
• Cryptocurrency wallets
The balance must be used on the SMM24H platform to purchase services.
13. Order Refunds
Refunds may occur only when:
• A service cannot be delivered
• The system cancels the order
• The service becomes unavailable
Refunds are issued only to the SMM24H account balance, not to the original payment method.
14. No Refund Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
• Incorrect links submitted by users
• Private or restricted accounts
• Disabled comments
• Platform algorithm updates
• Drops without refill guarantee
• Orders affected by multiple active orders
15. Mandatory Support Resolution
Before opening any payment dispute or chargeback, the customer must contact SMM24H support first.
Support must be given up to 72 hours to resolve the issue.
Opening a dispute without contacting support first will be considered a violation of these Terms & Conditions.
Accounts may be suspended immediately in such cases.
16. Chargebacks & Legal Disputes
Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting support is considered abuse of the system.
If a dispute is opened, SMM24H reserves the right to forward the case to the company legal department and lawyer.
If the dispute or legal case is won by SMM24H, the customer agrees to be responsible for all legal costs including:
• $400 per hour lawyer fees
• $750 administration cost
SMM24H reserves the right to pursue legal enforcement of these costs in any applicable jurisdiction including but not limited to:
• Asia
• Africa
• Middle East
• Australia
• United States
• Canada
• South America
By using SMM24H you accept responsibility for these costs if a fraudulent dispute is filed.
17. Digital Service Agreement
All services provided by SMM24H are digital services that begin processing immediately after the order is placed.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that:
• The service is digital and non-returnable
• Delivery may start immediately
• The customer waives the right to traditional product refunds
Digital services cannot be returned once processing begins.
18. Fraud Prevention
SMM24H actively monitors fraudulent activity including:
• Chargebacks
• Payment disputes
• Payment fraud
• Service abuse
If fraud is detected SMM24H reserves the right to:
• Permanently suspend the account
• Cancel services
• Freeze account balance
• Take legal action if necessary
19. Right to Refuse Service
SMM24H reserves the right to:
• Suspend accounts
• Restrict services
• Refuse service
in cases of:
• Fraud
• Abuse
• Payment disputes
• Violation of these terms
20. Fraudulent Payments & Stolen Cards
SMM24H has a zero tolerance policy for payment fraud.
The use of stolen credit cards, fraudulent payment methods, hacked accounts, or unauthorized transactions is strictly prohibited.
If fraudulent payment activity is detected, SMM24H reserves the right to:
• Immediately suspend the user account
• Cancel all services
• Freeze any remaining balance
• Begin a fraud investigation
SMM24H may collect and analyze technical information related to the transaction including:
• IP address
• Device identification
• Browser fingerprint
• Payment metadata
• Network routing information
This investigation may also include analysis of VPN usage or proxy networks used to hide identity.
If payment fraud is confirmed, SMM24H reserves the right to report and transfer all collected information to the appropriate cybercrime and financial fraud authorities for further investigation and legal action.
This may include international fraud investigation departments and law enforcement agencies responsible for internet fraud and financial cybercrime.
By using SMM24H you agree that fraudulent payment activity may be investigated and reported to authorities.
21. Final Agreement
By using SMM24H.com, you confirm that:
• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions
• You accept the refill policy
• You accept the refund policy
• You understand the risks of social media marketing services
